Christmas

The year is almost at it’s end,
The new year is around the bend.
Christmas is here!
The season for love, laughter and cheer,
Bells jingle,
People mingle,

Get merry, dance and jive,
The spirit of Christmas has come alive!

Oh yeah, it is Christmas Time again!! Christmas decorations are put up, presents are bought and wrapped, Christmas tunes are played, and the Christmas spirit fills us all.... well most of us.

On Friday, the company I work for had a Christmas function in the building's basement... the basement you ask? Man it definitely did not look like a basement at all! It was so beautifully decorated. All the walls were covered in white drapes, and the floors were scattered with polystyrene, which look like snow. All the tables were covered in white cloth with silver, red and white decorations on the table. There was a professional bar put up with a beautiful water feature at the back.

We started off with pre-dinner drinks (champagne), then we sat at our tables and listened, well tried to listen to the loooooooooong boring speeches. Once that was over we were called table by table to come and get food.......... STUFF THAT! All I wanted to do was dance! So stuff the supper, stuff the desert..... there's me dancing....

So, yeah we all had an absolute ball.
